Hard to feel bad about it.

I've tried. But I just can't feel bad about the whole economic meltdown. I know that the folks at the bottom of the heap will feel it hardest, because they always do, no matter what the circumstances. So we'll just carry on as usual trying to look out for each other and sharing what we have. But I have no remorse or nostalgia for the stock market, the speculators, the outrageous housing market and all this 'ether' money that has suddenly gone up in smoke. The system could never last, is built on air and is out of control.
